Your photographs are startlingly human. To me it seems that most photographers seem obsessed with freezing a moment in time, while yours allow time to flow forward and backward from the moment they're taken. They show an awesome fluidity, and capture people in a way that I've never seen before. As an avid reader and a lover of photography, this is beautiful. Keep it up.
I love the words “startlingly human.” I’m wondering what they mean, and I like all the possibilities. The candid moment makes a certain kind of connection particularly available. It’s a living connection, bare in its accessibility, and I seek this and I’m thrilled by this form of photography because of it. It’s such an intensely good feeling to hear what I seek reflected back in what you’re seeing. Thank you!
